It’s a decent clinic but MAJOR issues with scheduling… twice this week I had appointments scheduled for specialist and they were not even working those day/times. Please educate your staff on the specialists schedules

I had the worst experience with this doctor's office. Every time I made an appointment they literally didn't do anything. I would come in for my visit and they wouldn't perform any procedures prescribe any medications do any lab work. They just wanted to be able to Bill for my visit. I waited for 8 to 9 weeks for referrals that I still never got. Made countless phone calls spoke to countless departments and still no resolve. Sure the building looks nice but nothing was ever treated. And I live in pain every single day nobody there seemed to care.

So far the experience here has been good. The waiting room, the clinic in general is very clean. The nurses have been nice. Dr. D Riboh has been very helpful, he listens, and the consultation doesn't feel rushed like it sometimes happens in other clinics. And so far appointments are fast to get you don't have to wait months to see a dr. Hopefully it's always like this.

TL;DR: If you want things done correctly and respectfully, look elsewhere. I’m extremely disappointed in this office. I rarely leave reviews, but the decline in service here has been hard to ignore. While I understand there may be behind-the-scenes issues, the incompetence—especially at the front desk—is shocking. I just got off a call where the receptionist interrupted me constantly. I could barely explain what I needed. She kept interrupting me and only listened to respond. Christy Cline, my parents' previous provider, was phenomenal—the only reason this review has any stars at all. Since she left, everything has gone downhill. Dr. Yester and Dr. Daniel do their best, but unfortunately, their effort is undercut by the front desk’s lack of professionalism. Every time I call, I'm immediately put on hold. Don't even to try leave a voicemail. Their inbox has been full since I've started coming here. I’ve been trying to reach the medical records and referral departments for over a week—no calls back. I’ve walked in multiple times without being acknowledged, even when staff are sitting around chatting. At my workplace, our front desk staff know to greet clients immediately. Here, yo

I had the unfortunate experience of having to speak with the office manager for the office that Evelyn is in. I was simply trying to verify if a needed form for my caregiver leave claim had been sent. I was in danger of missing a second paycheck due to the delay. It had been a week and my insurance provider still had not received it. I called with a representative from the insurance company on the line to speak with Evelyn to verify when and to where the forms were sent. We were placed on hold and the next person on the line identified themselves as the office manager. She proceeded to be the rudest and most unhelpful "manager" that I've ever encountered. She talked over myself and the insurance representative, cut us off while we were speaking, and refused to even listen to the insurance rep.... who only wanted make sure they had the correct information. I understand needing to follow policy, however, the rudeness, nastiness, and indifference that I experienced from the office manager was unnecessary and unprofessional. Evelyn was helpful, but whoever the office manager is needs her career path redirected.
